is it better to do 10 reps of 50..or....
do pushups until i cant do it anymore for 3 sets?

How long did it take for those who have had an abnormal pap to hear back from their doctor after their appointment? I am not talking about those who had a normal pap and had something in the mail sent to them after weeks. Please only those with abnormal paps or those who know how long it takes to hear back from the doctor after an appointment.

hey guys, last night i began my treatment with celexa, an SSRI anti depressant. I took it at 10 PM, started to feel a bit drowsy and had a dry mouth, no big deal.. 2-3 hours later, i began to get a little wired, and i was a bit jittery, but i proceeded to go to sleep in which i did. but when i woke up today, i noticed that the left side of my jaw pops when i open and move my mouth/jaw horizontally and vertically.. guys, this is kind of getting me worried, i did not grind my teeth last night, i was shivering a bit because it was cold, but who doesnt. i hope this isnt something permenent or somethign that i need to go to see a doctor for. please, anyone have any ideas

I use to get ill alot when i was younger with tonsillitus,now i hardly get ill at all,i dont even get colds,i dont look after myself,i eat junk and dont exercise,do you think its because i have a strong immune system or because i'm a clean freak and constantly washing me hands etc?

We have had major diarreah (watery) and upset stomach all day. We both ate that rice and aren't feeling well. I am thinking this is it but not sure if those bugs can make you that sick. We have taken pepto but not sure if we should make a doctor's visit? Are there other precautions or complications from this? Is there a certain med we should be taking ? TIA

My boyfriend has allergies and has gotten allergy shots before. When he asks doctors to give him allergy shots now, they always say no and prescribe him some medication that won't work. He said the allergy shots always worked wonders. Is it because he's seeing general doctors? Should he see an allergist?

The symptoms are: neck and shoulder pain, headache, tingling sensation in arm, fatigue. All these symptoms occur daily and seem to get worse in the winter

I ran out of medication and my shipment has been delayed by a week, if I don't take this medicine for a week does anyone know if I'll have side effects? (I went off effexor "cold turkey" a while back and it was horrible, I felt like I was going through heroin withdrawl.)
I just started taking this medication at the end of September and it took a good two weeks for me to feel any better.

I am a 25 year old female who's been getting sick since 2003 2x per year. I get severe pain when I breathe in and when I bend over in my chest/trachea area....also, get severe pain in my right shoulder blade and very bad sinus pain. This lasts for about a week...Some days the pain is so bad only Vicodin helps. I have seen several doctors and have been in the ER too many times to count. No doctor can diagnose me. I have had an upper endoscopy, EKG, echo-cardiogram, blood work, chest x-ray, tried several medications for heartburn....all tests come back normal every time. I've seen Cardiologists, Gastro....ER Docs, my Primary.....no one knows what's wrong or why this happens. Could this be stress related? Caused by allergies?? Please if anyone can help I would really appreciate it. Thank You.

Hey, well from last couple of weeks am having pain in my left groin,testicle and left side lower back or at times kidney area it only keep on my left side even sometimes in my left hamstring but it keeps moving to these places and its not really that strong but still there (not all the time) so i'm just confused as to which doc should i go to? btw r these symptoms bad ??

The side of my throat felt a little achy starting a couple days ago (Mon. 10-29) My entire throat is not sore. When I look in the mirror I can see a swollen gland on the right side of my throat that feels very irritated when I talk or swallow. It's probably 3 - 4 times its size. I slept with the fan facing me last night and ever since then my throat hurts more and my lungs ache a little when I breath. My question is.. what could this be signs of and should i see a doctor immediately incase its strep?

What is the best way to get laxatives OUT of your system? I've just come of my period and I usually suffer from constipation after. I had really painful constipation earlier it was so bad I had to take 4 really strong painkillers and it still didn't help. In desperation I took one Ex-lax (maily senna) and one Dulco-lax (luctulose main ingrediant) at pretty much the same time. And now it's kicked - I've gone to the loo - feeling much better but I'm scared of throwing up later. If i drink enough water will it get them out of my system or dilute them? Or is throwing up my only choice?!
