Well, I took up smoking . Haha, dirty. I have really bad anger problems and mostly cuz I was born like that, and my dads a stress bomb waiting to explode at every minute ever, and i was addicted to cocain for a bit. So trust me, I have experience. What i did was literally walk away from my dad. Like mid sentence, if he was b*tching, just walked away. Be like ok EFF OFF, and leave. I do really like grade 6 things and like just block him off, or ccount to 10. It really does work, I swear lol. I think that having alone time when your stressed helps me the most. Its all in your head, so just think about it before you explode. Nothing is worth being upset over, especially if someone is effing you over.
Lifes to short to be pissed
I hope, and i pray that you learn how to cope.
From a fellow anger bomb, good luck and much love always

Exercise.
Watch a favourite fluffy movie (nothing violent or depressing)
Read a great book
Call a friend and vent

Also, you need to find a good counselor who can help you deal with your anger in healthier ways. Once you get set into an anger cycle, it will be harder to manage as you get older. It could eventually kill you, so it's best to start addressing it right now. See your school counselor or ask your doctor for a recommendation of a good one who works with teenage girls.

Good luck and I hope you find a solution to make you happier. : )

First you have to figure out what makes you angry and avoid it as much as possible or just accept that certain things in life will always be there. Wait until you start driving!!!

I made a big reversal in anger management when a woman I loved deeply called of our wedding because I had anger problems.

i have serious anger problems.. when i get so mad i want to hit something i take a big breath and write down all of my feelings.. through all the years of people telling me to do this or that to vent my anger the only thing that has ever worked for me is to write down my feelings at that exact moment and then its like the feelings have vanished.. at the times im not able to write anything down i breath deep and walk away from what ever is making me mad. if its a person i say please excuse me for a minute you are making me frustrated and i need a moment to compose myself..when i feel that the anger has subsided i attempt to finish the conversation in a rational manner...♣

A good idea that usually works for most people is taking a short (or long) walk. It's best to be in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. (e.g. Woods, Park, Field, etc.)

Get away and be by yourself and think about things in different ways than you're used to. Ask yourself questions like "Does this REALLY matter?", "Why am I upset?", "How can this problem be fixed"... etc.

Intelligent people don't get angry. There is no benefit to sounding off. Anger comes from not understanding the world around you. Depression comes from false expectations not repressed anger.

Therapy. Talk to your doctor about it and get yourself an appointment with a counselor or psychologist that specializes in anger issues. Best do it now while you are young, rather than having your life get ruined when you are an adult. Good luck!

Breathe deeply and count to thirty! I had serious anger problems when I was younger and thankfully have learned to control myself. You need to take care of it when your young or it may affect you later in life (job wise, marriage wise, ect...)

I used to take a magazine I had finished and shred it. A two magazine night meant I was better left alone.
