Things will need to get worse before they get better. I hope you are prepared for the side effects. I do that kind of detox twice a year and even though I "only" eat organic food is still an ordeal...but worth every minute of suffering.

Here's a free course you can take about losing weight in a safe and natural way:

You already know the answer as to what the benefits are, or you wouldn't be going through it!

As for how long it will take, keep in mind that if your body has been overdosed with the junk for a long time, it will take a long time for all of it to leave your system, and you might experience a few sleepless nights while undergoing sugar and caffeine withdrawal (think how bad smokers have kicking their habit, and then be grateful that you won't have their problems!). It also depends on your height, weight, age, overall build, exercise regimen, how well you keep hydrated with water, etc, etc, etc. So, there's no simple answer, here. Sorry!

You find that different people will react differently when doing a cleanse. I would that you should noticed sometime of result within 30 days. However, this is assuming that your body is not severely toxic. That you are eating s very balanced diet, exercising, drinking plenty of water. I usually recommend that you take your body weight in ounces and divide it by two. The result is the number of ounces of water that you should consume per day. You find that you will need to adjust according to exercise levels, outside temperature. I have found that eliminating caffeine has increased my energy levels and I feel awesome. I also take a great multi-vitamin and do occasionally with Oxy-Powder. I hope this answers your question. I wish all the best in your request to a healthier you.

might take a couple of treatments to feel the effect and
I hope you know what you are doing and you picked a
very reputable place because you do realize that you
are releasing all the TOXINS and GARBAGE all at
once and you could clogged arteries or cause blockages
so I hope you stay safe and that you do know your
insurance won't cover anything that happens.

I'd save the money and drink extra water which flushes
your systems out safer than detoxing

I am afraid the whole detox concept is a myth. It was originally created by constipated Edwardians who thought it was low class to eat vegetables!

I don't know. I don't eat junk food or drink coffee and I don't see any benefits. Exercising regularly helps more.

There is no comparison here. You only compete with one person.......yourself.
One day at a time.
You think & feel it will get worse before it gets better......hold in there.
Go for it you will feel better....good for you!
