Hello

Yes it's the best way to avoid HIV, I would recommend it to you and every man, me included. To practice anal sex it's always better with a condom if you don't know you're partner or you have an one night stand.

When you practice anal sex the risk to contact HIV are much bigger than intercourse in a female vagina. You must consider that maybe you don't know the partner good and if he has more sexual partners. If you know your partner well and you trust him than it's another case, because you trust him and he you. You than can make anal sex without protection if you're sure and trust him.

If you like sexual encounters in dark rooms and one night stands and you don't have a fix partner I sincerely would recommend you to use a condom. It's for your safety and so you can avoid a lot of sexual illnesses.

I have sex with different women and I like one night stands and sexual encounters, but I make sex only with condoms, because the risks of HIV and other sexual illnesses are too high. Yes I know it, without condoms the feelings and the sex it's better, but we must think on your health too and the risk we take without protection. I have practice anal sex with my ex-girlfriends too and when I was together with them I didn't take a condom, but with other ones I always put on a condom.

I hope that will help you and so you can make your own opinion about it. Take care of yourself.

Absolutely, any anal should be protected, considered the most risky way to get HIV. Please read up on HIV before you start having sex, so you will know what is safe and what is not.
