Well i have heard that most guys last little very 1st time is it true i how do u relax first time..females can suggest too from there experiences n lastly guys what was your timing 1st time.thanks for good suggestions.

Alright for most guys, yes some don't last long at all their first time. My first time, however, I never came. I was going 45 min and really wasn't even close. So not everyone explodes on contact.
Tips though:
-relax your muscles. Have you every masturbated without tightening the muscles? It's much more difficult.
-Switch it up. If you are going missionary, which if it's your first time you probably are, switch up positions. If you are doing it on top and are about to end, stop, pull out and ask her to switch. Bottom position is a lot less pleasurable for a guy but you will last longer.
-Try to make yourself uncomfortable. Make sure she is or she won't enjoy it but hold yourself up with your fists, hold your thumbs out, etc when you are on top. This will take your mind off of the pleasure and think about how uncomfortable you are.
And Lastly: CONFIDENCE
-If you go into thinking you will end quickly, you will. Go in there with confidence and you will surprise yourself.

Try masterbating about a half hour before you begin. If you ejaculate, just keep going. Ladies like it when you don't stop until they want you to. If you are using a condom you should stop and put on a new one. A "sailor's trick" is to "take care of yourself" first before your date. The best thing to do is relax and not worry about it so much. Enjoy!

Brother my recomendation, if your nervous about ejaculating too soon, is to jack off about three times prior to the event. But cummin in abotu a minute for most males is a myth, it took me 45 min the first time i did.

Take care of yourself before you go out on your date. Then you won't be quite so eager, but at 24 you won't have any problem doing it again. Also, make sure you take care of your partner first. Be gentle. Use KY lube that you buy at Walmart to play with her special place. Don't ever use oil, etc in place of the watersoluable lube!

use a condom and if she wants to get pregnant without you knowing make sure that she doesn't poke a hole in the condom.
