Well, this one woman had 33 kg of breasts...that's 36 pounds each.

On the discovery health channel there was a woman who had to have special YY cup bras made. Those were her natural breasts. She got a reduction to a size F. The doctor said they were the biggest breasts he'd ever seen.

I used to be a J cup, and I know some K and L cup girls too.
I think the biggest is like a T or close to it.

Well if you mean the kind that you can actually still order I think it's DD or F, but I read somewhere that the world record is Q! The person had to get bras made specially for them I'm assuming!

not sure how large they go but my aunt was a FFF until she had surgery and had 25 lbs removed off each side
she had to have her bras special ordered
