It will catch up with you eventually if you're not eating or sleeping properly
Colds etc are spread via the hands though so maybe your cleanliness is helping you to resist them
Dont overdo it though or it could become an obsession

Most kids do get ill a lot when they are young because they haven't developed an immune system to repel some of the more common illnesses. If your still young your immune system is healthy and will remain so for quite a while unless you have bad luck.

your immune system may have been boosted by past illnesses, but don't try testing your luck. Sleep is very important. Consider yourself lucky. I have no immune system and if anyone comes within 2 feet of me with an illness i catch it... which usually ends with me in an emergency room.

getting ill as a kid is part of growing up you get ill so your body can build up antibodies and resistance to it. they only things i had as a kid were chickenpox, mumps and the odd cold but now as an adult i hardly ever get sick and when i do i get it really bad! my immune system is pretty high so when i get ill i really get ill.
