What are exercises for the achilles tendon?

I meant like the cord connecting it to the calf, but i guess i may have well said calf

your achilles tendon doesn't gain strength, therefore there are no exercicses to strengthen it. If you want to strengthen your calf muscle which your achilles holds down you can do to raises, plyos, or just plain old running. Y do you think you need a stronger achilles tendon?

calf stretches are the most basic and the easiest to do and will produce good results when done consistently. I had plantar fascia problems as a result of carelessness and not enough stretching and I learned my lesson there.. always stretch!
