She explained it to me that she will have to do leg extentions each leg as hard and as fast as she can for five reps. Then do leg presses with each leg the same way. Also she will have to do similar exercises with her upper extremities. They said basically said it will take about 30 minutes and she will break a sweat. She just had a miscarriage in late August. Should this be cause for alarm?

I would recommend that she get in touch with her OB/GYN to let them know about what is going on with the job to see what they say.

it should be ok a 6 weeks, but don't take my word for it as i haven't even been pregnant yet. my best advice is to advise her to phone the doctors.x

no this should be good for her just keep in mind to tell her dont over do it.
