I was at a restaurant the other night and I got that mosquito ringtone. which is really high pitched and people over a certain age aren't supposed to be able to hear it.

Well anyway I was showing it to my sister and my mom walked up and all the sudden she had a seizure...

yes as crazy as it sounds you can have an epileptic seizure from sound. Most people think its just lights but in a new book i am reading Epilepsy and seizures, everything you need to know by dr donald weaver there is proof that seizures can be caused by sounds as well. but the fact that the medication stopped working---does that mean she stopped taking it? comming off of anticonvulsants too quickly can cause rebound seizures. ( i know from experience)
