Though for years people are using micro wave oven , still people say this & i read in a magazine years back that it is still under research about if it is good for the health or not.Is it proven that is not good for the health?

Well the reason it is not healthy to use a microwave is because the radiation waves they use to cook the food take out a lot of the nutrients in the food. Also if stand in front of a microwave while you are cooking something in it, can literally cook your brain.
