I have a very healthy diet. I never drink anything but water, milk and green tea. I eat lots of fruit every day, and I make vegetables when I have the time (once of twice a week... I want more but I have no time). I barely ever eat meat except for fish. I eat black bread and wholegrain, never anything else. I havent eaten fast food in years. Closest thing is sushi. My only downfall is chocolate, and my avergae consumption per week is like... 1 row of Cadbury if I even get chocolate. (\) (I eat lots to spoil myself very rarely.). I dont get why I have sush a healthy diet and I'm still flabby while there are thinner people who shove deep fried crap down their throat every day!
