on sunday i binged REALLY bad. i had 3500 calories that day!!! before the binge i was 95.5 lbs. i recovered pretty well though and the next day went right back to my normal 1500 calories. now, two days later i weighed myself and i'm 98? how did this happen? i thought 3500 calories=i pound. then how did eating 2000 extra calories make me gain 2.5 lbs??? is it just water? if it is then how long til it goes away?

Your weight will vary as much as 5 pounds in one day so don't stress over 2 pounds., This happens for no reason as your weight varies every day. You should not weight yourself more than once a week anyway unless your doc wants you to keep track of daily weights.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.fit-thin.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Did you weigh yourself at the same time on each of the days? I have found that I weigh lighter in the morning than I do late in the evening.

Weight can also vary on a daily basis due to fluid loss and retention factors (see link (2) in my source(s) below, which I believe to be a very credible source).

Could be a few reasons why, may just be water. Also depending on what you ate, how active of a person you are. Eating late at night and going to bed is a quick way to gain pounds because that food isn't burned off it is instead turned to fat.

One explanation is because you are too thin and you have starved yourself, and your metabolism is desperate to get some food to balance the missing weight, so it saves some weight.
Another explanation is that it is water. Either way, if you go back to eating normally your weight will go back to its normal. Just don't starve yourself, it will be worse. Plus, weight varies, you may have not gone to the toilet yet, or you may be expecting your period, whatever.

Go order 3 Big Macs and A KING SIZE FRIES PACK at McDonalds. Hold your waste and you piss through the whole day.
