I will tell you the same thing I tell my mom. She also eats very little and what she does eat is pretty healthy. AND she even runs a few days of the week.
My advice would be that you need to build muscle tone. The more muscle you have, even lean muscle, will raise the efficiency at which your body burns calories. A lot of girls worry about "bulking up" if they start to lift weights, but the average girl doesn't consume enough protein to worry about putting on bulk muscles. I weight train about 3 times a week and I see a significant difference. I moved a while back and I didn't have a gym membership for 3 months. My diet stayed the same and I still ran all the time...but I didn't look as slender because I lost all the tone I had from lifting. And trust me, I eat healthy but still sneak in my weakness (ice cream). But I don't feel as guilty because I know I will work it off.
Plus, a lot of gyms, like 24-hr fitness and Bally's, have circuits that you can do that hit all the major muscle groups and they can be completed in like 20-30 minutes. Well, hope that helps.

I had the same problem.
I've already mentioned this before but here it goes again:
1.eat regularly, at the same hours (every day). This is what the body needs. Many people gain weight by not eating properly.
2.try to eat the second course between 14 and 15 and the first course between 17-18 -- it is very important that you do not feel stuffed after you've eaten
3.drink as much water as you can (some people just retain water and it makes them look fat when they are not)
4.try to look up what types of food are the best for your body. you can eat almost nothing in a day and if that fruit are whatever it is is not right for your body, you'll gain weight.
You have to get to know your body. two types of bodies will react differently to the same stimuli. Also don't forget about practicing some type of sport.

The key is eating everything in moderation. Too much fruit can cause too much sugar in take and not enough vegetables isn't good for you. Zip loc just came out with some new steam bags that are really quick and easy for vegetables, they work great. Meat is also important in a diet. Like i said moderation! Not all fried but baked or whatever you like. Also running helps reduce body fat percentage.
In most every meal all week I eat meat, vegetable, and my carbs or fruit!! I hate exercising and don't do it but am thin and am able to manage my weight easily. Yeah, I might gain 5lbs here or there but can lose it within a week by eating right again.

The easiest and most effective way is to cut back on your calories. The more calories you cut of your daily diet the faster you will use weight is the general rule of thumb but you have to keep that consistant for a while. Also try taking a 20 minute walk everyday or exercise for 20-60 minutes atleast 5 times a week. Stretching, Yoga and Pilates work quite well. Just give it some time. It takes a couple months with that method.

Make sure you eat breakfast in the morning. Walking and running or working out helps. Maybe you are in a good condition and are a healthy weight. Working out can help tone you. Remember muscle weighs more than fat so you can gain weight but be healthier and look better. I take Double X and have meal shakes for a small snack if I am hungry after a meal. If you take Double X everyday it will give your body more of what it needs so you will not crave food as much. That is what I take for my training and it helps with not needing to eat as much. I get my stuff from http://eanderson10.qhealthbeauty.com/

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.fit-thin.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Healthy weight loss is one to two pounds a week, and of course the best way is diet and exercise. To loose 1 to two pounds a week you have to create a calorie deficit of 500 calories a day. You can do this by either reducing 500 calories from your diet or doing some sort of activity that burns 500 calories or reducing your diet by 250 calories and doing an exercise that burns 250 calories. I found this site that has a variety of activities that only take 30 minutes and burn at least 250 calories: http://www.shapefit.com/cardio-exercises.html

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

a slow cardio workout such as run at a 2.5 mile pace on the treadmill for 45 min -1hour every other day or go swimming for an hour every other day, something like that and you will for sure lose it all! slow and cardio. also think of things like, park further away in the parking lot from work or the store to get that extra few steps in will help and you don't take that much extra time.

low carb, huge amounts of vegetables, sort of just the opposite of what you're eating.
carbs are high energy foods and often don't get used (unless you're going through miltary training camp, or like to workout on your own, vigorously).
protein doesn't store fat in the same way (especially fish and chicken). but red meat also has iron and some enzymes that other foods don't have. The key is also vegies everyday, even breakfast if you want.
