When I work out (just started) I don't really use weights, but I do a lot of squats, and things like that which use my own body weight as the weights. Will this make me have bulky muscles or just toned muscles? I don't want bulky at all, just nice and toned.

Resistance training will always make you toned rather than bulky. But you could actually use weights as well without worrying about getting too big. I am 5'4" and weigh about 115 and I weight train 2-4 times a week. Most girls are afraid of getting bulky from weigh lifting but in reality, we don't consume enough protein on a daily basis to get bulky. Why do you think all those body builders drink protein shakes and all that junk? So have no fear, throw some weights in to that routine. You'll see results a lot faster, too, than just doing resistance training.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.get-slender.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!
