i am in no way fat. i am thinn. except on my belly. i have like 8 pounds of belly fat. i tried dieting and lots of jogging. i lost a little bit. i originally was 148 now i am 138. i need to lose the rest of the belly fat. tell me how.

joggin will help reduce your fat percentage obviously but you also need to do variations of crunches and sit ups to tighten the ab muscles.

1) Workouts I Run Bout 4 Miles A Day But 4 Beginners I Would Recommend That U Run 2 Miles A Day & if U Get Can't Out The House Or Just Don't Want 2 Running In Place, Jumpin Jacks & Jump Rope Even If U Don't Got One(Pretend).I Would Also Recommend That U Do Some Push-Ups Or If U Can't Do Those Start Out With The Girl Push-Ups(No Offense & Nothin Is Wrong With That). I Also Do Crunches Everyday Before I Go 2 Bed(Maybe Like 30-50) & U Will See Improvements & Toning In Your Stomach Before Long. 2)Eatin Right As Far As What U Eat U Should Cut Out Red Meat(Such As Burgers,Steaks,Just Beef 2 Put It Short), Greasy Foods, Sugar,Bread & Things Such As That. But Some Fat Is Good 4 U & U Need It 2 Stay Enegized & Healthy So Don't Turn Into A Health Freak Nobody Likes That. I know your problem. It's because the belly is the body part that gains weight the fastest so even if you're thin on the extremities, arms, legs, neck, face, you can still have a pooch.

I do. But I've realy trimmed it down by nearly 4 inches now (but it took me couple of months) through careful dieting (less carbs, more protein). Continue doing cardio, because the key to getting to your belly fat is regular cardio, core exercises.

Try doing tae bo for cardio, it'll help you burn fat, trim down legs, plus its good strengthening for your core (ab). sooner or later, if you stick to a regular trim, you'll see the obvious results. Try Billy Blanks Taebo dvds. Also try doing more sit-ups to accelerate burning in the belly.

Also avoid sitting down after eating meals. Stand up for a couple of minutes, walk around, but dont do super active things, lest you suffer from appendicitis.

Again dont forget, the belly is the fastest body part to gain weight and the slowest to lose so keep on working out! Patience is a virtue!

Cardio cardio cardio! Continue doing cardio, because the key to getting to your belly fat is regular cardio.Walking also helps alot then running. So try walking on the treadmill 3 times a week and do sit ups at night. And don't forget the key ingredient water and more water.

keep up your exercising and lay off the fats. I know in men that is where it goes so you really have to stop the fats and as your body takes what it needs and puts the rest elsewhere. You are storing too much and not burning off what you eat.

Do 6 types of Abs exercise every night before you go to sleep.
Quit eating junkies.
Do push ups and some light weightlifting, that might help.

low carbs, high protien, weight training. lots of water. bike riding vigorously days between weights.
