I have a small hole above my nipple and it seems to be getting bigger, and the other day I noticed there seems to be another one starting. It is above my nipple and I'm wondering if this is a sign of anything? I'm thinking about getting it checked out- but I don't have any insurance for myself. The hole is pretty small...although I can tell it is getting bigger, and it is almost like the edges of the skin are burnt....and it just goes into my skin...not a bump at all....just like a pit or something.....any help is appreciated.... Also, for your guys information my moms aunt passed with breast cancer in her 30's and HER daughter then passed when she was in her early 50's with breast cancer. SERIOUS ANSWERERS ONLY>>>>PLEASE

I tried and tried before, but tampons always felt uncomfortable to me, and now one day after a shower I tried again, and everything went smooth and easy.

So now that I know I CAN get them in, does this mean that at other times I'm just not trying hard enough?

I have had a problem with my breasts since i was 14. My left one is big but right one is small and there's a very dark vein going from under my arm around the middle of my breast..I've been to the doctor and she said that its a normal growth problem in girls which should come right in later years...is this true? Should i worry about the dark vein? My doctor said that if it bothers me then i should think about if i want surgery...I'm 19

I find myself having a hard time after a bad break up. Now I'm doing anything.. and everything to make myself feel.. at least something.

Is there detrimental affects for excessive masterbation? I do it no less than 21 times a week.. or 7 times within an 8 hour period at my worst. Do I need counseling?

I am 18 and starting college and I have to have a gyn exam. I have a leaflet which says it will include a breast exam, pap smear and bimanual and recto vaginal exam. What are all these things? I have never been to a gyn before and am scared and embarassed. Will I have to have stirrups? I heard some ladies talking once and they said they hated having their legs up in the stirrups, what are they?

If tried to stop drinking tea recently and I've been surprised how difficult it was. I've had headaches and sporadic sleeping patterns. I've been going to bed some nights out for the count at 10 o'clock pm some nights, and yet others having insomnia. The mornings have been correspondingly unpredictable.

I've been plagued by headaches too. They're not really bad but they're very tenacious and do not respond to paracetamol or ibuprofen.

I've decided to just have one cup of tea in the morning until my current supply of tea has run out, then I'm going to have green tea once in the morning. then maybe I'll take the plunge again!

Hi, how are we all?

Last night I did a random blood test as I suffer from PCOS and also a strong family history of type 2. Just wondering if this is normal? I am not over weight and I am not too sure if this reading has something to do with me having PCOS.

Thanks all

Take care

has anyone had the problem of slugs in their home? they only seem to come out at night after we've turned out the downstairs lights.
going downstairs for a late night snack or drink is not for the squeamish. there will be at least 6-12 slugs on the kitchen floor, worktops and sink. i've tried 2 different brands of slug pellets and checked for any obvious holes in the skirting board.
mostly now i drench the worktops and sink with salt each night to save having to disinfect everything each morning.
is there any easy solution ?
