If tried to stop drinking tea recently and I've been surprised how difficult it was. I've had headaches and sporadic sleeping patterns. I've been going to bed some nights out for the count at 10 o'clock pm some nights, and yet others having insomnia. The mornings have been correspondingly unpredictable.

I've been plagued by headaches too. They're not really bad but they're very tenacious and do not respond to paracetamol or ibuprofen.

I've decided to just have one cup of tea in the morning until my current supply of tea has run out, then I'm going to have green tea once in the morning. then maybe I'll take the plunge again!
