There are all kinds of bras that work for you but if you are wanting something permanent that you don't have to wear a bra to fix then I suggest surgical. But on a personal note....any women with large breasts or even women with C+ boobs they WILL sag...the women on TV don't because I am sure they have surgery. I'm a D and without wearing a good bra, they are down to my belly button and I'm only 27...so don't worry about it. It's a woman thing.

Other than a support bra, not much. You can get plastic sugery done on them to firm them up, but they will feel like rocks after a while, and I know you don't want that. Breast sag for a number of reasons, like weight gain, age, etc.

Once you start to sag a bit from childbirth, age, etc., there is nothing short of plastic surgery to make them perky again. Get a Wonderbra. They work.....wonders!

Exercise focused on the pectoral region and a low fat diet. But don't worry, some guys like them that way, try to be comfortable with your body.
