Hi, this is my fourth day of fasting, I wake up at 4am, drink some water (cannot stomach the food that early in the morning) and then eat again at 7.30pm. My calorie consumption in this one meal sitting in approx 1000 and I finish eating by 8pm and don't eat again, going to sleep at 12. Normally, if I ate this little, I can tell the next day from my stomach that I have lost weight but this time there is no difference. I am aware my body must have gone into 'starvation mode' but I cannot increase my cals for fear of being sick. Is there anything I can do to aid the weight loss? Can't go to the gym to do cardio because I can't drink water due to the fast. Will walking for aout 40 mins after eating aid the weight loss or would I have to do cardio and really sweat it out?
