Why in the hell would you want to fake anorexia? It's a devastating disease that has the potential to kill. You need to grow up and find some better friends if you need to pretend to be Anorexic for them!

I hope to god that this is a 'joke' question.
There is NOTHING glamorous about being anorexic in the slightest, it is a mental disorder which warps you perception of nearly everything around you, most obviously food.
Besides messing with your mind it leaves your body in a horrible state :
-It makes hair thin and brittle and prone to falling out, leaving clumps of it on your pillow
-Your heart slows down and can eventually lead to heart palpitations and even failure
-Muscles become weak, your joints become swollen and sore and it can lead eventually to osteoporosis which you can NEVER CURE.
-You become constipated and bloated and overuse of laxitives can lead to serious bowel problems.
- Your periods stop, you have trouble becoming pregnant.
-Your skin becomes dry and is covered in a fine layer of downy hair
You cannot trick people into thinking you have anorexia, you will never be medically be considered anorexic until you have a BMI of under 17.5.
To ask this is an insult to people like me who have suffered with this. It's so worring that you would want to pretend to have this, you never know, you may just get what you wish for.
Look above at the syptoms and effects of anorexia. Please think again before you try and 'fake' it

this is a question only a kid would ask, so I am not going to call you stupid.
But I will ask you, why would you want to, that just doesn't sound like a smart thing ya' know.....
I mean really.....
Kids have died from starving and you want to "fake" it in front of your friends....What the heck is that going to prove?
It isn't "cool" to be anorexic hon, it is stupid and dangerous....
If your wanting to stay thin, eat right and exercise, take your ipod and go jogging a couple times a week...if you are needing to lose weight, do it the right way. not the stupid and deadly way......not a very bright question young lady!

yea .. im a guy and i have gone thru anorexia and bulimia and im still suffering ... i don think u can ever be 100% cured it sux!! and faking it is really offensive and not funny. you don wana get cursed and end up with a disease.
so just be thankful you're not suffering from it.
