i have abit of weight on my lower stomach i need to lose. I eat pretty healthy, (maybe 1 single choc bar a week) i jog for nearly 30-45mins every day and do 100 sit ups each nite. i dont smoke and only drink 2 glasses of red wine a week what do you suggest.

You don't give your height and weight , so it is hard to tell if you are actually over-weight or not. Perhaps your sit ups are building muscle mass in your lower stomach. A persons abdomen is not supposed to be flat, it has a small rounded look to it, is this what you are calling 'abit of weight' ?

I have that same problem. I have the stomach of a mouse and I've excersized like crazy my entire life but it looks like I eat 5 meals a day and my lower stomach looks like a tube of jelly. Some people are just like that and it has something to do with genes most of the time. Maybe you'll just have to live with it.

Check out how many calories you expend everyday and how many you consume. Then cut your calories down from there. I have lost 45 pound in the last six months from cutting calories only.
