how to increase the boob size?

i am 24 years. but my cup size is 28. but i am able to use only 32 size because the other fittings are okay in 32 except boobs. i need atleast 34 boob size.

gain weight, have surgery or get pregnant. Those are the only options. There are no magic foods, pills, creams, etc. that will do it.

Apart from a padded bra, surgery or hormones would be about your only other options
