General question...what are the chances of a heterosexual male contracting HIV through a one time protected sexual encounter with an anonymous partner?

to make long story short, my ex husband cheated on me when I was pregnant with our last baby and as a result he have me an std.herpes (he aparently did not protect himself.)...We are not together anymore. I have not had any outbreaks since I was pregant about (2 years ago) and in the future if I find someone I would like to be with I am afraid that he will feel disgusted by the fact that I have an STD......what do you think?

I use Sonicare for about 5-6 minutes (very gently) to get rid of the plaque that I can see along my gum line.

I've noticed that in the middle of my two front teeth, toward the bottom is turning a little brown due to loss of enamel. I hold my Sonicare there a little extra at the end to get rid of any extra plaque. Is Sonicare the reason for this? Thanks.

THIS IS NOT A JOKE--i have to take a urine test, later today. but i'm not using my urine, for fear of failing, i got a drug-free friends urine yesterday, now i know they pay attention to temperature so i sat the jar of urine in a pot of boiling water hoping the urine will have cooled to the correct temperature by time of the test... did i kill any particles needed to pass the test??? have i hurt anything??? personal opinions are irrellevent and no i'm not proud of the sitiution i've found myself in...

and treat you different anyway? because no matter what i do or what efforts i try to make, i will always be treated different and rejected by people when i try to conform and live a normal life. thats the way i feel now......i feel people looking at me, watching me , observing me, i feel im being prevented from achieving things with my life. ive never had a relashionship with girl or made a single friend in life. im now 30.
i dont even want to stay in the uk, i want to emigrate far away, build a new life..but how can i? when im being rejected, treated different, and possibly being prevented from achieving the things i want like a loving partner, moving from the uk.....something, someones standing in my path. & borderline personality disorder will make life ten times harder for me, plus its difficult to treat. & ive already endured a lifetime of pain, trauma, abuse, victimization and bullying. plus to top things, im being rejected & treated differently by people & when i confront them,

I've been having trouble with my shoulder for years. I have taken prescription anti-inflammatory medicines, they tend to sort of help, but really mess with my stomach. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for an over-the-counter version. I've tried Tylenol Arthristis and it sucked. I use typical Advil now, but it's starting not to work anymore.

has gotten so out of control, I have no health insurance and I dont really want to be put on meds, it might be a last resort. But I have been thru so much hurt and I have so much pain. I cry almost everyday not just for no reason, I have reasons. But I am not strong either and I have no self confidence. I know it would help if I had money to go spend and look how I want to, but I need to be a strong person and I want to be ok. Does anyone have any advice???

My mom's back is hurting bad. It's been that way for about two days. She doesn't really have any of the symptoms of kidney infection but should she check it out anyway? My terrible wife sprayed me with this chemical she found in a bottle in the garage. It has given me a rash on my arm and face and shoulder and hand. I washed it off and put some lotion on it but it really burns and itches. I don't know what was in the bottle, it came with the place we are renting.

I know that I have to gradually ween myself off of fentanyl. I've been on it for 6 years due to fibromyalgia...currently I have no medical insurance and it cost a few hundred dollars a month for my patches...is there any other type of pain killer that is inexpensive...morphine doesn't work at all...don't even mention percocet or vicodin they do nothing...the withdraw is HORRIBLE from fentanyl..I've tried to commit suicide several times because I couldn't take the withdraw symptoms. I was hospitalized each time. I've tried to take xanax to help with the anxiety ..it didn't help at all. Please only serious answers

I just got a new job and I am really depressed because I am moving in about three to six months, and I really want to move now but I have to work at this new job for the sake of saving money.
