I have a doctor apointment scheduled, but in the meantime the pressure in my ears really bad

go to the drugstore and pick up some solution to wash out your ears. I think it is called Murine and comes with instructions and will be about the same as what the doctor will do for you.

For the future. Don't practice loud. Why would a band do that? In fact, don't even perform loud. Stage (and rehearsal) volumes should be kept low. Let the PA system beat the audiences ears to death, but protect yours by keeping stage volume down to where you can hear your instruments and vocals, but aren't getting hurt by them.

Take hydrogen peroxide, and pour a little bit into your ears, you will feel and hear some fizzing noises but it's normal. Then you wait and tilt your head to drain it out, as you do this, take some q-tips and clean and swivel out your ears. Works every time, old trick my friends mom (who is a doctor) showed me.

Olive oil will soften the wax in your ears and make it easier to remove.
