I really want braces, and my teeth are basically terrible but my parents can't afford them. I live in Australia and I was wondering whether braces comes under Medicare or not? Please if you know any where or any way to get braces please tell. THanks

it is realli realli itchy around and inside of my vagina. I have looked realli closely with a mirror and cannot see anything except for that it is red raw inside!! i can see nothin else that would indicate that there is something wrong..no lumps..not discharge etc. I cant even walk anywhere, i dont know what to do. I have a phobea of doctors...and with something like this...i wouldn't be able to go anyway because of the embarrasement. Does anybody have ANY remedy advise???? please?!? p.s this is not a joke question!!!

I usually use organic creams as some have cancer causing chemicals, used my friends non organic one yesterday, because of sun.
Do you think once of use on arms only could be harmfull to baby? 32 weeks pregnant.

How did you manage to discipline your mind so well that you could stop eating the wrong foods?? I try to tell myself that I'll feel bad if I eat a chocolate, but it seems like the more I try to be strict with myself, the more i want to rebel. I'm like this with many things - it's like I have an inner rebel that hates being bossed around. Can anyone recommend a good book about learning discipline in general?? Perhaps being harsh on yourself causes you to rebel even more against yourself??

im a week late onto my period which started this morning. i thought it was about normal but when i went to the toilet i passed out a lot of lumps that were very large. im also in a lot of pain and it hurts to stand up. i ahve unprotected sex a few times in the last month but i ahdnt got round to taking a test as we were slightly stranded and the shops were shut due to flooding!! i have rung the doctor but its a partnership and one is shut due to flooding and the other has no appointments for a few days because of coping for the other one (make sense?) so i have been on google and its said it could be a miscarriage. i dont wanna think it is without a second opinion. so basically am asking you guys what you think it could be, if you think there is anything. thanks in advance.

Okay, okay, not really. But I'm on the third day of my period and I have really awful cramps. Yesterday, I took four extra strength Midol within the course of twelve hours, and I fell asleep at two this morning and woke up at four thirty this morning and haven't been able to fall asleep since. And my cramps are still killing me and so I took two more. It's obviously the caffeine in the Midol keeping me awake, but it helps with the cramps! So I'm wondering, what's my alternative?! Help!

I was reading about reverse circumcision (and considering it) and I found these statements. They kind of shocked me and made me doubt a little. I was just wondering if anyone could tell if these are real, verifiable facts or just rash conclusions:

Hello everyone:)

I am 22 years old, and just had a strabismus surgery done on two muscles on my right eye two days ago. The doctor said it went fine - it was strictly cosmetical surgery, and the eye seems to be moving same as the left eye now. Which is good!

However, I am worried about the recovery now. My eye is red, and it's leaky all the time, but that's normal, I guess. It also hurts from time to time - nothing I can't stand, though. Here's the thing I'm worried about - my operated eye is swollen!!! Is that usual? Does that happen often? Cause I can deal with the redness, but it just looks really bad like this, and it gets me really worried.

And if it's happened to some of you - what do I do to make it go away? I would really want my eye to look as normal as it can (red's fine, at least not swollen) by Wednesday, which is two days from now.

Background info. - cousin - 14/female/Canada.
Recently my cousin came to stay with us in Sheffield for the summer. 7 days ago, a few of us went to London for a short trip, including me and my cousin. We spent quite a lot of time outside. We returned to Sheffield 2 days later and about a day after that my cousin fell ill. She has been feeling ill ever since (past 4 days or so).

Her symptoms:
Her first symptom was a fever. The fever tends to vary in severity - rises and goes down daily. She has reddish pimples over her head, face, neck and stomach. Also, they are purulent (contain pus). It feels quite sticky and itchy over the areas with pimples. She has swollen glands behind her ears. She experiences some pain when she swallows. She has loss of appetite. It hurts when breathing. She has pain in her right side of her body, especially in hips, but this is probably due to her sleeping position. She has only taken Tylenol for her symptoms (it's like paracetamol).

I smoked a bit of salvia about 1 week ago, and some other herb 2 weeks ago, prior to that, 2 months before I smoked some salvia, but I was not a hardcore smoker...

Is it likely the Dentists will know what I have smoked, or can they tell that I have smoked even with such Limited use.

Also, Are they legally resposible for telling parents. If so I will admit what I do, however, Not dealing with parents down my back would be more preferable.

At the moment my plan is to eat:
Breakfast: Bowl of Raspberries
Lunch: 2/3 Egg whites and Low fat cheese in an omlette
Dinner: Weight watchers Soup (no more that 120 cals)

And do 1 or 2 hours or exercise per day.

Does anyone know a better way?
