and i have this feeling that im just going to completly lose my mind...like the kinda person that just stares out a window all day like a vegtable?? or just go completely crazy and im scared im going to die for no reason???? i have had this anxitey for 9 months is it possible to just go nuts like that

i passed through a deppression for 6 month. depression comes from somethin ur doing a lot and ur body is tired of... for example i used to study a loooot till my body couldnt stand this nymore then bad things started comming to my mind . fear of life and death .. i was like a vegetable too ... sitting alone and thinkig of bad negative stuff all the time .. till this finally put me in bed for 1 week without food .just think positive .enjoy every moment that passes. and everytime those come o ur mind just try to do smethin with enjoys u .. dont let them take cntrol of ur mind .gd luck :)

I'm also suffering from depression. The main thing is avoiding negative thoughts.

Try to do physical exercises daily (jogging).

After that keep relax on a calm environment which is situated on natural green environment or visit sea area.

That is the way i do to get rid of bad thinking process.

There is some great evidence that depression is a physical disease. I was researching for a story and found a book called "Against Depression" by Peter D. Kramer.
The point being to treat it aggressively, not wait to 'snap out of it' . Anxiety is often associated with depression, because it's harder to see options in how to face whatever problems you are having.
Please do seek treatment.

I think you are facing mental pressure.Don`t take tensions,must be cool always,sleep at correct time and get up at correct time.Don`t fight with any one.Engage yourself in positive activities.Meditation is necessary--close your eyes--sit in a lonely place-breathe with the name that you love most--you can try with the sound-- Sou--Aham.Inhale with the sound Sou and exhale with the sound Aham.
