I am going to have my first eye exam in 2 weeks and I have been reading a lot about what happens and asking questions to lots of people, but what I haven't gotten cleared up is:

If the doctor decides to do a dilation test, will I still be able to have a contact fitting? Or will they want to schedule another appointment?

my husband has recently claimed disability living allowance after badly breaking his ankle in a fall and his ankle not being fixed correctly he now can not walk without the aid of crutches and is in constant pain, he has become practicaly house bound now as the pain is so bad,i have to spend my days helping him get around the house he is unable to cook food as his ankle cannot take any weight bearing.we have been told by our doctors that the only thing that is possible now is to have the ankle fused next year sometime, does any one know if we are entitled to claim disabilty living allowance as we applied about 12 weeks ago and we have rang numerous times to just be told it is being delt with, we are worried as financialy we are starting to struggle and cant see any light at the end of the tunnel,
please help, we live in uk.

ok so ive had quite a few colds in my life.... this one i got from my grandpa(whom i live with along with grandma, my sis and my mom) , so we all have the cold, though it seems to be different in each of us, i think its a virus, though im not sure.. i feel better, but i have so much mucus in my head... i have to blow my nose at least 5 times an hour... my ears are messed up... the real questino is should i go to the oc, or will this clear up

my friend has about 2 weeks taking steroids from his first cycle n now that he switched needle like new needles but lil bit bigger than the other ones he felt alot of pain while going in but as the guy finished giving him the shot he passed out n started to like shake a lil which some ppl say it can be a seizure but can it really be that or just the guy hit a nerve n thats why that happened? pls let me know cuz im worried about him THANKS

i am on Abilify for schiszophrenia and i am on Luvox for OCD, and i am having bad shakes, feel disoriented, and this other agravating feeling inside that i really can't discribe. i cannot drive a car right noow for it. i have only been on abilify for about 5 days and i was wanting to know wether this is a temporary side affect of the drug or that i need to talk to my doctor about changing medications again?

O.k. this is going to get slightly confusing first off I have female problems. I had a laproscopy preformed on me about a year ago, long story short I had adhesions, and scar tissue on my tubes that they had to remove. My left tube is also blunted. Anyway they said they removed it all the doctor said she believed it was endometriosis. Anyway I got a second opion he diagnosed me with pcos. I also have pre cancerous cells come back on all my paps. I've been trying to conceive for two years now i've also been on two rounds of clomid about two months ago. My periods have also been very heavy..this month I got a two day period where I was spotting nothing long, NEVER filled up a tampon. Whats going on? I dont understand? Could I finally be pregnant or is it something else?

I am skeptical as well as anyone here, but I really need to lose at least 40 lbs. I have read the horror stories about how it makes you have loose uncontrollable stools. I kind of welcome that since I suffer from chronic constipation. I am going to try it in a couple of months because I will be off from work for two weeks. At least I'll be near a bathroom. Maybe if I need to go out, I can buy Depends. What do you think?

Okay so I just found my dad's viagra and i have a few questions... I am only 27 and having the symptoms of a heart attack??? For over a year now every now and then I get this tight feeling in my chest and sometimes a pain in my left shoulder. I feel nautious and have very shallow breathing. The main symptom is the uncomfortable tightness of my chest. I have used my inhaler on several occasions thinking this is my asthma coming back and it does nothing to help the discomfort. Everytime it happens it lasts for a longer period of time. I am able to be active when it happens but it seems to suck all of my energy out of me. I am on several different medications which I have been taking for over 3 years. At 1st I thought this was an allergic reaction but when it happened yesterday I had just gotten off work, ate nothing, drank water and was relaxing and watching a movie. I looked it up on the internet and basically my symptoms are those of a heart attack. Also been experiencing "restless leg synd." in arms and legs, mostly in arms???? Help!!!!!

it is the only piece of dental spacers that I have left in my mouth. it is a silver ring around my tooth, but it is on pretty tight....i cannot get it off. the other four came off without a problem.

i just always have this complex that i am annoying people if i do ask a unrelated question to mental health and feel like i am appolgising for doing it

I'm not feeling like "OMG I'm going to die-ish" but a little cramps here and there when I walk or have to stand . I first took 2extra strength Tylenol. After the Tylenol I waited about an hour and still felt a bit bad and then took another. Took a nap and then still felt bad so waited 30 min and took 5 80mg asprin. I do feel a bit better, but when I've taken it before I've had less cramps. I've also put a heating pad on and have drank 4 cups of hot green tea and some hot oatmeal.

More stress this month? Not enough food? I did go to bed hungry and ate breakfast late and I only ate 1/2 b/c of fear of pukeing.
