I put it in the freezer yesterday. It still smells. If I cook it really well, is it safe to eat? Or should I just throw it out? Its boneless skinless chicken.

No, once chicken starts to smell, it probably has bacteria. I would not advise you to eat that.

Uncooked chicken is only good for about 2 days at the most. If you had it in the fridge for longer than that prior to putting it in the freezer, it is no good anymore.

If your food, especially meat smells worse than a fat man in the middle of June I don't recommend you eat it.
