I have exactly 10 weeks to lose 20 pd's or to flatten my stomach either one I would be happy I need some advise on food what to eat is muscles bad to eat im tired of fish can someone help me please

first thing drink alot of water when u wake up because it causes ur metabilism go faster, then of course dont eat alot of greasy food and do alot of cardiovascular exercise

One thing you are going to need is discipline. I would suggest several things:Go to www.mypyramid.gov. Put in your specifics (age, gender, height, normal weight or the weight you wish to be, activity level, etc) and you get the food you are supposed to be eating daily and weekly (it gives you both, and you balance by the week).

One thing I make sure is to have at least 21 servings of fruit and 21 servings of veggies around every week. Three of each everyday- Thats a combination of fresh, frozen, canned. That with a couple of servings of good protein per day (I do love fish, I'm having honey glazed salmon tonight) , and grains and dairy (I love cheese). The only foods I consider BAD are chips and fries. There is room for everything in moderation in a healthy food plan.

Lots of fruit and veggies. Veggies are great because they are filled with nutrients, fill you up and take time to chew (feel like you've eaten a lot) When I'm in a hurry to pack lunch or eat dinner I eat soup- low calorie/fat, lots of fiber/protein and fills you up. The progressive and campbell's cans have a pull tab so no opener needed. I like cereals hwen I want something sweet-honey nut cheerios, shredded wheat (frosted of course) they have lots of nutrients too.

salad everyday with fruits and when you get hungru drink WATER!!! don't EAT if it is not meal time!!!! LOL...
and maybe take walks after dinner...early morning b4 you eat...and NOOO snacking!
