Eye exercises?

Well, I'd really like to try out eye exercises, but I had a question. Do eye exercises stretch your retinal? If so, won't that result in a higher chance of a retinal detachment?

What kind of exercises? Exercises are sometimes recommended by eye doctors to treat amblyopia and poor eye muscle co ordination. There are also some scam programs for sale that claim to help you not need glasses.

You can't stretch your retina with exercises.as no muscles are attached to it.

No. They say eye exercises are a load of ****. Made up by assholes in it for the money.
