For a while now (6 months) when I would wake up in the morning I would have stiff joints and pain in my feet. In the past 2 months I have been waking up with my arms and legs asleep several times a night. I am not laying funny or on my arm or anything just normal. Yesterday when I first woke up my hands fell asleep when I was sitting putting my make up on. Today all day both arms keep falling asleep. I am wondering if anyone has any ideas to what may be going on. From what I have found on the internet it's possibly carple tunnel, but that does not explain my legs falling asleep as well.

I just started to hiccup and make me wonder?!?!?!?! So does anyone know why?? And what can you do to stop it. I alway hold my breath but that doesn't work. any help?!

Recently I had a rather acrimonious email exchange with a co-worker with regard to our roles are on a work related project. I worry that I jeopardized my job and reputation the way I handled her actions. So I need advice.

Rather than pick up the phone and call her to discuss why she "forgot" to respect my role as the project leader, I responded to her email, clearly irritated that she made changes that I have no access to change (username and password protected).

And what I am concerned about is how to resolve this situation with our supervisor.

I didn't feel like our acrimonious email exchange solved anything, so I forwarded the entire email exchange to our supervisor; explaining why I needed his help since I could not resolve the issue successfully on my own.

In general, I have an anxious personality and thus poor coping skills regarding stressful situations. I'm in cognitive therapy for my anxiety too but I'm still making mistakes.

What should I do to resolve this?

My wife and two kids (11 yrs and 9 yrs) are now in usa for the last 15 days to pass their summer vacation....they are suppose to stay there for another one and half months. my daughter has a skin irritation problem for which she is required to use a cream....she was carrying one with her but that is finished and i need to send her one or two...but no courier is taking it as they are not allowed to take medicine, although I have doctors prescription and contact address for clarification...anybody has any idea how to get permission of the US authourity to send the item ?

Last friday at a school, before anyone got in the classroom, i put black dogsh*t in the teacher's black seat. It was a very thin layer so she wouldn't notice...it was the exact same color as the seat. About 20 minutes later, everyone started coming in the classroom, then the teacher entered...i also had a fart machine set up at the the chalkboard.........So, she sat down to take up attendance, then she went up to the chalkboard to write down the thought of the day...fortunately, she DID NOT NOTICE!!! She was also wearing a white dress....Everyone in the classroom was shocked and didn't say anything, dead silence...right at that moment, i pressed the fart machine button about 40 times (i had it set up in my shoe so no one could find out who was doing it...was pressing the button with my big toe). Anyway, she immediately ran to the principal and he came to the class, but they didn't catch me or even know it was me.........Is this the best prank ever? I executed it PERFECTLY!

My blood pressure was 151 over 94 the other night. It stays kinda high. I have headaches a lot, my skin feels like its on fire, and I get really hot and dizzy. When I work out, after 6 minutes of the treadmill im so dizzy I cant stand up hardly. Is all these problems my blood pressure?

Im just here to get what yall think. I think i may have tonsilitis or some other throat infection. Bcuz i can feel a couple..i wouldnt call them swollen, but simply enlarged, lymph nodes on the right side of my neck. and i just read that the lymph nodes located on the neck area have to do with the throat/mouth. so what do you think? whats causing these couple lymph nodes to enlarge? I should note that i felt like ive had a sore throat lately...nothing too bad but still can feel it. and i have a minor cough, but ive always had a minor cough for as long as i can remember actually.
