You can, and pretty quickly-- you should watch out in the next day or two afterwards. My girlfriend just recently got a UTI from sexual activity-- mainly caused by not going to the bathroom after a long lovemaking session. If you don't go to the doctor upon experiencing pain, it could turn into a Kidney Infection. Go ASAP!

Yes you can, and it's very painful. You will get this burning sensation when you urinate. And sometimes you feel like you really need to go potty but just a few drops of urine or blood comes out and it hurts like hell.
My doctor told me that it's good to urinate after sex to void any bacteria transmitted during intercourse and to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
