All kinds of fish - particularly tuna, sardines, and salmon,.... peanut butter for sure (it's a substitute for meat), liver (I can't stand liver, but it's high in protein and real good for ya), eggs, but no more than 3 a week, poultry, and sweet potatoes/yams (my favorite!). Some high protein foods are:

chicken
turkey
lean meats and beef
fish (just about every fish is high in protein, anything from tuna fish, to salmon, to shrimp)
egg whites

There are many other high protein foods, but these are the basics.

Chicken Breast, Turkey Breast, lean ground beef,top sirloin steak, Bison (you should only eat red meat 3 times a week at the most, Eggs, Fish, All kinds of beans like red,pinto, kidney.And all dairy products just plug up your respiratory track, so never mind the cheese.
Best not to eat Soy as it was not meant to be a food. They banned it in Germany.
Protein shakes and here is a good one.
