Your blood pressure is too high and you need tablets or other treatment. Anything over 140/90 is too high. 120/80 is OK.

Some of those symptom's sound related to your blood pressure. You could have blood flow problems. It would help if you listed your stats: age, height, weight, ect. Then people could have a better idea of what your body is like, as that other poster stated a possibility of diabetes. The best option though is to consult a doctor, if this is a continual problem and it's almost constantly affecting you you really should have it checked by a professional as soon as you can. Headaches, tempt, and dizziness are not something to ignore. Good luck and take care

100/60 is a very very good blood pressure. If it runs a bit lower, it is not bad. If it suddenly dips very much lower, it might be something you want to discuss with a doctor. My sister has 90/60, and her doctor basically said that that was ok too.

If your BP is staying kinda high, you need to change your diet, lifesytle, and stress level. If it is getting to the point where you are getting dizzy spells, go see a doctor, he can prescribe you Clonidine to help lower your BP, and reduce your dizzy spells. The skin on fire may be Psoriasis, and cream can help with that.
