im 14 years old and i weigh 107 pounds

my older sis says that im fat
only because she is anorexic and
weighs like 98 pounds
does this seem overweight?
i havent really ate anything in the past couple days and have been exercizing alot
but does this seem fat for my age?

I can run at 5.5 mph for 30 or more minutes without stopping..but if I run at 6 mph I have to take breaks. Should I run at 6 mph and take breaks or should I run at 5.5 the whole time? I really want to burn all my fat. Which do you think would be better? Thanks!

My son is 5 and have a upper tooth that fell out 3 months ago.He changed 5 of them alreay and they all started growing within a week of two but this one nothing.He did have a swelling on his gum on that tooth before it fell out.Is it normal to take so long for a tooth to start growing?

I was wondering if you think I should see a doctor about depression. I've never been diagnosed with it before. I've been feeling very down for the past 1 1/2 years but I thought it was just due to my parents divorce/family issues. But it just seems to be getting worse. Usually during the summer I do all kinds of stuff but now I am always tired and never want to get out of bed because I can't fall asleep at night. I don't feel like eating as much either. Also I cut myself. I'm only 13, yes I know it's bad. What do you think?Thanks

okay i have been diagnosed with clinical depression for about two years now. only problem is that my mom doesn't believe in the the disease so she won't put me on medication. I have been a self injurer for a little over three years now and for a little while now i have had it under control. but lately everything is getting really hard to handle. All i want to do is sit in my room and cut. my mom won't take me back to therapy and i just don't know what to do with myself to get cutting off of my mind PLEASE HELP ME!!!

ok, my t5 vertabrae is deteriating and this morning i woke up and i could barley move my neck without pain. now everytime i move my neck I have pain shooting up my spine towards my head. when I move my arms it is also creating the pain, I feel presure on my spine between my shoulder blades. does anyone know what is happening, should I seek medical advice. any advice is helpful. thanks

I am a truck driver trying to find some good quality eating habbits. I shop a lot at Walmart Supercenters. I have an ice chest in the truck. I need nutrition on a budget. So how about these noodles without the little salt /msg packet. Whats good/bad about them nutrionally? How much heavy metal am I getting in a typical serving of Starkist Tuna? Is there anyway to get the salt out of my cans of Campbell Soup (theres still too much salt even in the so-called Low Sodium variety cause I eat 2 or three of those little things). What can you eat while out on the road that won't clog and harden your arteries but also won't cost you two or three hundred dollars per week? Are Smart Balance brand of mayo and peanut butter as good for you as they claim to be? Thank you.

I have had my left eye - none astigmatism, blur up on my 3 times in a year, as in I cant see anything put a big blur in it. My right eye has an ast. and Im wondering if its a good idea to get contacts again or new glasses, i used to get headaches but not for years now. I do not eat the recomented amount of fruit and veg. and I want to know of any vitamins that will give the same nutritional values as those in the food. I also prefer something over the counter and that is a popular brand not something you find at a farmers market. Also if there is a vitamin (not a weight loss pill) that can also helps with weight loss let me know!
