My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

I know what you mean .. I looked at what I was eating and what it entailed what was in it.
Ive had 4 kidd and reached 250 with every pregnancy no matter the diet (metab problem during pregnancy)
and I would go down to 215 after and couldnt lose it.
I finally got fed up to be honest especially since Im always busy with my kids, exercise ect. but I couldnt lose the weight.
So I started to examine what I was eating .. Eating a bowl of cereal is fine if you actually follow the guideline on 2% milk and moderate amount of cereal, eating a snack would varie, eat lunch until I was very full, and then dinner.
Well start to look at foods .. cereal is good but watch the sugar intake and carbs, snack with raw fruit or veggies, eat lunch and I eat a heavier lunch than dinner but its more along the no butter,no frying, lack of grease and lot of my burgers did go to the non meat style and taste fine and no mayo either lol ... dinner was a lot light usually a small bowl of noodles or salad with a little bit of meat and no dressing .. you wanna taste the salad and not the dressing only.
So far in a 5 wk time Ive lose 30 pds with the same schedule I had but a change in diet .. I have more energy now and a lot happier as well.
Just remember no bologna,no easy fast food, keep the sugar down(not a lot of fruit drinks),chips and closely exam what your really eating.

properly it realy relies upon on how long you do each and each work out, for cardio it would be atleast 30-40 minutes an afternoon and in case your doing power then 10 minutes(because of the fact that your in simple terms 14) and you could in simple terms drink water!! mutually as in this weight loss software or you wont see something! drink 4 water bottles an afternoon and that ought to offer you your each and on a daily basis dose of water. for nutrition eat fibers and count quantity energy!! for you your calrorie intake may be 1100 according to risk even much less regrettably :( (because of the fact that Im like 217 kilos mines may be 1400) I advise for breakfast eat an entire grain bowl of cereal then for snack have a yummy protein or fiber bar! then for lunch a superb sandwhich( no Pb&j) or some clever stability popcorn is stable thats what im eating and then for dinner greens and lean meats like fowl or fish! :3 that truly my habitual yet you need to use it! i'm hoping it works out for you! i'm 15 and attempting to drop some pounds additionally. You on a Diet. It's a wonderful book. It had different exercise programs, eating healthy tips, meal plans. It help me lose weight. Especially around my stomach and legs. In two weeks i saw results. If not i would suggest just eating what the food guide pyramid says and working out 3-6 times a week for an hour. Either way would help you lose weight.

you have to change your lifestyle to lose weight (diet and exercise)
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You should change your diet and add exercise to your daily routine.

Eat less calories consisting of healthy foods such as fruits, veggies, fish, skinless chicken breast, oatmeal, egg whites, brown rice, etc. By your weight and height, I'd say 1500 calories is a good amount of calories to strive to eat daily.

Try to exercise 4-5 days a week for at least an hour. This hour should consist of both cardio (treadmill, elliptical, bike, row machine) and light weight training.

Good luck!

Id say, exercise and eating healthy are for sure ways to lose weight the right way. if you have a child work out with them, that's the best way. then you getta play with your baby AND lose weight. take them to the park and run around with them, walk them in a stroller or take them to a mother and child gym....they are coming out with those now. If your baby sees you eating healthy, they'll be healthy eaters when they grow up too.

When you go to the grocery store, buy a mix of healthy AND junkie-fun foods. that way you'll feel obligated to eat healthy and then you'll be able to reward yourself with a SMALL snack of something fun you like to eat.

Work out three times a week, four if you can. for 45 mins at the least. If you have a baby it's harder to find time for yourself, but it's mandatory. Do it at night or in between classes/work. there are work outs you can do at your desk...like sitting up crunches that'll help your stomach.

It's normal to gain weight after becoming a mom, you have no time for yourself anymore! Find time for you. You still deserve it even though your a mom. So work out and when you see the weight going away, you'll have more energy for the baby and life.

I hope this helped!
