My son hurt his ankle, the attorney told him the same thing. Well, come to find out he didn't get much more than what they would of offered, maybe less. They say that he didn't need it that bad. So if I was him I get the surgery, unless he was like my son, afraid of being put to sleep.

He would rather cripple himself by refusing the surgery that could end his pain and repair his knee, in exchange for more money? What else is for sale?
