Absolutely.
Condoms are never 100% effetive. They definitely HELP prevent the spread of STDs, including HPV, but it's not a 100% guarentee.
HPV can be spread by sex and DIRECT skin to skin contact with the infected area. So, even if the guy is wearing a condom, it's only covering his penis and not the entire genital area. Just the rubbing back and forth of the genital areas during sex is enough to spread the virus.

Yes...condoms are not 100%! I would definetly suggest getting tested before any physical/oral activity. The unfortunate thing about HPV is that there is no test for men. For women they do now but they still don't have one for men.
Most people are mostly carriers and don't even know it because there are no symptoms of it. No side effects, no warts...nothing...only 1% of men show symptoms. Even women don't show...only if a pap test comes out abnormal.

This is a virus that I think is not contracted by having sex, kind alike all those vaccinations you have to give your children it is just a virus that some women get and some don't....
