no, i don't think you're that fat.
i think your sister just wanna tease you
and you should EAT while exercising if you really wanna lose your weight. otherwise, your health will get worse due to lack of nutrition.

It all depends on your height, but you might be under weight actually and most probably.
Sending your body into starvation mode will promote fat storage when you return to even a somewhat normal diet, thus creating the opposite effect. If YOU are really concerned about your weight, try to eat a little bit more healthy foods in smaller proportions and exercise on a regular basis... Don't starve yourself or overdo it.

Your normal weight is determined by your height.
See the website below and calculate your BMI to determine your appropriate weight.
What is not appropriate though is not eating anything for a couple of days and exercising a lot. Your sister may not be an appropriate role model for you to follow. Your body is still growing and maturing. You need to eat a healthy diet every day and get regular exercise. Actually you need to do both of those things for the rest of your life.

You are not fat. If you starve yourself, your body will hold on to the fat you have because it doesn't know when you might feed it again. If you want to stay healthy and slim, eat small portions throughout the day and eat fatty foods in moderation! AND don't compare yourself to other people unless you want to spend your adolescence crying in therapy! Someone will always be prettier, skinnier, smarter, funnier and happier, but it goes the other way too....someone will always be uglier!

It really has to do more with your height than your age. If your 5'1 or higher, i'd say your actually a normal weight. Don't let her tell you youre fat. She sees herself as fat, so you know that her judgement is way off. And its not healthy to excercise and not eat, its almost like anorexia. Just ignore her or try to avoid her till she gets some help.

No you are not fat at all.
You can keep slim by eating healthily.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
Details are in my blog

Its not so much how old you are but how tall you are. There is a healthy corilation between your heighth and your weight. It is called a BMI (Body Mass Index).
Check it out here.

Not at all....height also plays a role too....Don't listen to your sister....And eat.....Because if you start to not eat...it'll become a habit....NOT a good one. 107 lbs seems like it would be ideal. And also remember.....guys don't like super skinny girls. ;)
