Try a water pik, or one of those ultra-sonic toothbrushes. The vibrations just shake it out.

suck it out of your teeth. It will eventually come out if you keep messing with it.

You can try getting it out with the edge of some paper, stick it between your teeth as if you were flossing.

try doubling up the floss to make it thicker
