I don't know if it is normal but I also have that problem. Was rough in school because I'd raise my hand to answer and by the time the teacher chose me, I 'd forgotten why I raised my hand. It does get easier with age. There is a good side to it. I can read a book and read it again 2 months later and it is a new book to me. Same with movies. My neighbor said my brain decides if what I see or hear is necessary to remember or not. If brain decides that I need it later, I can remember it. I carry a notebook with me always. I write down what I think I might need to know and later I go over it. I read it often and learn to remember that way. I've had this problem all my life and just figure it is a learning disability. I am pushing 60 now so the problem won't kill you.

Could be a vitamin deficiency, especially the Bs. Could be stress. Could be nervousness. Clould be lack of sleep. Could be too much sleep. Could be a medical problem. Start taking multi-vitamins several times daily with meals. If it doesn't improve see a doctor.

This is probably caused by nervousness and/or stress. However, you need a medical checl up to be sure because you could have something like Hashimoto's disease. It can be hard to diagnose in its early stages, so do ask your doc. to specifically check for it.

Stress will definitely do this to you,it does to me big time!!!Too many things going on in your mind leads to distractive thinking, and thus leads to memory lapses,(loss).I would advise you on taking a multi b-complex vitamin,it helps!!
