The average size of an adult man's penis non erected is 3 to 4 inches and in erected condition it is 5 to 7 inches long and about 3 to 5 inches around.

In normal cases, it is 5 to 6 inches. In certain races, like negroes, it shoot up to 8 to 9 inches or even more. However, size does not make much difference if use properly.

depends on a lot of factors.ur height,level of excitation,race,mental status during sex.
but for average height 5'10" male it is from 4.5 to 6.5 inches.
