My wife and two kids (11 yrs and 9 yrs) are now in usa for the last 15 days to pass their summer vacation....they are suppose to stay there for another one and half months. my daughter has a skin irritation problem for which she is required to use a cream....she was carrying one with her but that is finished and i need to send her one or two...but no courier is taking it as they are not allowed to take medicine, although I have doctors prescription and contact address for clarification...anybody has any idea how to get permission of the US authourity to send the item ?

Package it up and send it by UPS. Don't know where you are but it is not illegal in US to get, have or receive medication for which you have a prescription. Why can't you just wrap it up and send it by your country's postal service? How does the courier know what is in the package. Maybe you talk too much. Just mail your daughter her meds.

You could just post it to her without labeling it a medication in the Royal Mail. The worst that would happen is that the US government would destroy it. I'm American living in the UK and we've shipped meds back and forth without problem, but I know of folks who have had items destroyed too.
I think you're best bet is to contact the US Embassy in London and tell them of the situation. Alternatively, your wife and kids could contact the British Embassy in the US and see what advice they have....
If it's really bad and you're still searching for answers, your daughter could probably see a US doctor and just get a perscription refill for the med (assuming the US uses the same drug.)

If the cream is packaged and sealed, you do no longer choose permission to deliver it. there's no regulation against sending drugs. they could open the kit to make valuable. It sounds like the couriers are making a fuss. attempt inquiring at your usa's placed up workplace. yet are you valuable that the cream isn't accessible contained in the US?

Your daughter could make an appointment with a physician here in the US and explain the situation. She could get a prescription from him.

contact dhl express, provide them the photo copy of passport which belong to ur daughter & photo copy of visa . one orginal doctor's prescription & medical bill.

If it's off-the-counter
then your wife could just purchase them on the pharmacy.
but other than that,
I'm pretty sure you just have to ship them.
