1 lb is safe.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

My wife lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks.* She didn't go to the gym or exercise much. This was about 9 months after she gave birth to our son.

Dont go on it.
Diets like those are always bad! The people are only intrested in your money and not your well being.
I know your desperate to lose weight, but there are other ways.
As soon as you stop the diet you will put the weight back on

About 2-5 pounds. All depending on your body and how big you really are. It's a great program if you stick to it.
