It could be stress are just a short period where your body is changing. Also check out with a doctor as you might have become a type 2 diabetic. Fitness is not a barrier as it can strike anybody. Change your diet and leave out anything that can be classed as junk food and go for whole grain whole foods, fruit and veg.

I'm 58, excellent physical condition, low heart rate, perfect blood pressure, no diabetes and on occasion I experience a similar problem. I visited my doctor, we explored various options and I have a prescription for a ED medication and use it when I need it. End of story.

It may be psychological only.Hidden fears of not able to satisfy,lack of confidence,emotional turbulance,malnutrition,financial insecurity,fear of pregnancy and liability,insecurity of job are some of the reasons.You have to consult a doctor.Lack of vitamins(b+),minor infection etc may also affect.You must be confident.You are capable to do it or prolong it .Consult a doctor early.good Luck.

first of all, no cheating on your wife! (joke) exercise more to get fit, drink lots of water, eat right, and also get plenty of rest. This very important to keep stress down, other wise you will continue to have this problem.
