All very well to lose this weight but how are you going to sustain it. Are you going to spend the rest of your life nibbling and surviving on diet food or are you going to enjoy life. I would just eat and exersize normally and make the most of the person I am whatever the weight.

drink a hot cup of hot water with one tsp of apple cider vinegar and one tsp of honey
