no question is a stupid question, if you're curious..ask, you're fine, the chances of a heterosexual male contracting HIV through a one time protected sexual encounter is virtually zero, condoms are close to 100% effective, even if there was a "micro tear" in the condom, it's not enough viral load to infect, you have to understand the virus, HIV is a very fragile virus, a lot of people get the misconception that this virus will jump on you and infect you at every chance it gets, once HIV hits air, it becomes broken and no longer can infect except for blood the reason is b/c HIV makes its home in your blood.
"A study published in 1994 in The New England Journal of Medicine looked at 256 heterosexual mixed status couples. Of the 124 couples that consistently used condoms, none of the HIV-negative partners were infected. Among the 121 couples that did not consistently use condoms, 12 (about 10 percent) of the HIV-negative partners became infected."
there's your proof, of how effective condoms are.

There is a small chance, but there is still that risk during a sexual encounter. Condoms are definitely not 100% effective. They are more like 97%. There is about 3% chance that the condom will break, slip off , or get a hole in it and then on top of that getting HIV if that person is diagnosed positive. You can have sex several times with a HIV positive person and not get infected right away, but the chances of getting the first time is substantial, so basically you have won the power ball lottery if you come out of it Scott free( this not the true statistic, but just wanted to place emphasis that it only takes one time as well) . You are basically setting a timer on the rest of your life. Do you want that?
From experience I have done it with a person I only met one night and I had only one condom, but that wasn't enough so we continued on few time more unprotected. She said that she had done this with seven other guys before me in her lifetime. I tell you what that basically put a lot of unwanted stress on me about the chances she was infected with some STD and that I may have gotten HIV. I couldn't live my life straight for about 6 months until I knew I was alright .This basically scared me back into line.
It sounds like from your question that you are in the same boat. Get tested every 6 months if you are switching partners. This will help you to relax a little more and keep up with practicing safe sex, but remember abstinance is the only 100% effective way to prevent sexual transmitted diseases

It's about 1 in 5 million. Feeling lucky? Ohh yeah, and it is mostly a gay disease. More than 50% of the aids cases are gay. Reaserch that.

It really depends on the behaviors of the anonymous partner and if the condom remained in tact during the act.
I imagine if the condom remained in tact, your risks are pretty low unless it slipped off or developed a micro tear.

till the lips have been bleeding, you would be high quality. I even have had Dr's say that the only thank you to flow the virus by way of saliva is that in case you have been to drink approximately an 8oz glass. i don't understand approximately you, yet that in simple terms would not sound genuine appetizing to me.
