i ate my last meal at 12:15pm... and i ask myself why didnt i felt any hunger for almost 6 hours??

what does it mean????

I love whole milk but everybody is always like "thats bad for you it hardens arteries" and loads of other stuff so what really is bad about it? cuz skim milk tastes like fricken water !!!!! I don't mind 2% but 1% is just as nasty as skim.

Alright, so, for probably about the last week or so, I've had what I think is a horrible sinus infection. Every 5 seconds, I'm hacking and spitting up post-nasal drip. I hardly have to blow my nose. The back of my throat hurts (not like strep throat-hurt, and not raw from spitting), but just on the left side (feels like a swollen lump below my jaw). I haven't felt any sinus pressure, or had any pain in my face/head/head aches, but am constantly spitting up post-nasal. And here's the worst part (to me anyway)... every 10-12 times that I hack up and spit, large (almost the size of a dime), hard pieces of mucous come out.. you know, the one's that make you gag when you feel it come out from the back of your nose-throat when you hack em' up (what exactly are those, anyway?). One looked like the shape of my nasal cavity... weird. Anyway, is this just a horribly aweful, night-mare-ish sinus infection? And, how can I take care of it? Please, serious replies only. I woke up this morning feeling great and light headed then I started to think, I got really stressed. My head started to fill up with thoughts and I'm in pain now. Not from any specific thoughts just a general sense of not being well. When I woke I felt great my mind was clear and then some specific thoughts came into my mind such as my brother stealing money from me and my mom being a drug addict and my dad not being involved in my life. I am 25 and I live by myself in New York City. I'm asking the community for any information regarding my situation and if anybody has experienced something similar to me please tell me about it. I have pretty bad OCD, i don't have money to see a thearpist. I'm looking for some self-help things.. I have obsessively think about things that I know will upset or worry me knowing that they will.. I'm suffering from chronic abdominal pain which I know is from constant worry and fear all due to my own thoughts. I also have pretty severe dermatillomania. I pick my scalp until it bleeds.. then pick the scabs. My boyfriend tries to help me. He'll smack my hand away but I am unknowingly back at it 2 minutes later. I bite my nails terrible, but more the skin around it and pick any scabs I can find. It's terrible & disgusting.

If anybody has similar experiences and want to talk.. let me know. Or if you have any advice.. please give it. I just want to get over with this, it's been plaguing me my whole life.

I love cats, but I have an allergic reaction to them. I get hayfeverish, my eyes go puffy and water, my nose runs, and my skin gets itchy and red. I have tried most over-the-counter hayfever/allergy products, however they don't seem to work very well for me. My question is, does anyone know of any other solution, or a prescription product my doctor might be able to prescribe, so that I can spend more time with my precious feline?

signs i noticed about myself
1.) i could feel so confident about myself and then in like an hour, i complain about myself and wonder why i turned out the way i am, and then i think abt suicide
2.) i could be "depressed" for like a week, go to bed around 7 (I go to bed at 10), stay in my room throughout the day, and eat less, then after a week, i laugh about myself and wonder why i was even "depressed" in the first place
3.) I could laugh at everything and smile and be happy to be at home with the family, but then after 15 min. somethign will hit me and ill leave the room to go to my room becasue i start to think i should be out and then i get moody and ill stay like that for a while
4.) for no reason at all i could be having so much fun but then ill get mad or moody for nothing and then in like half an hour or something im all happy again

i just change moods real fast, and i hate that about myself. it may even just be depression. by the way im 15

Ok when i stand sometimes my eyes get very blurry and i start to feel pain in my head and eyes this happens sometimes. I do have glasses and i dont understand whats happening because when that happns i cant see anything i have to close my eyes because of the pain please help.

I read in a book once that there were 5 stages to breast growth, The first before puberty, the second breast buds, the third when "they" are pointy, the fourth when they even out(some girls skip this stage) and the 5 when they are large even and not too pointy. Which stage should a girl get a bra?

I tried Allen Carr's book. It was great, but it didn't help me psychologically, when I was stressed out. I tried Zyban and the Nicotine patch. Now, I know I must go deeper and quit cold turkey. Has anyone read any good books about quitting or know of any seminars with hypnosis.

My 15 year old daughter has one breast that is significantly (and noticably) larger than the other one. She is very uncomfortable with her look because of it.I am pretty sure she will want surgery to even them out someday. I just am not sure which type of doctor to take her to now to have them looked at. Do I take her to her regular MD or to I start with finding a plastic surgeon? She will have 2 insurances until she is 18 then her birth father won't legally have to cover her anymore. I'd like to get it done before then. How old will she have to be go get the surgery?

ok well i gave not had my period yet and i use tampons lik 1or 2 times a day and then pads rest of the day because having pads on all the time is very uncomfortable so i waas wondering if this will make my period come later

I am experienced enough to know that this is stupid but I am mildly allergic to Latex so it is occasionally nice to enjoy sex for a few minutes without anything on.. My boyfriend and I have had sex about 3 or 4 times since I got my period in June, and each time we used the 'pull out' method. (He would pull out once when he came, but before that, he'd pull out anytime he felt like pre-*** was coming out.) Either way, last month I started my period on the 16th. This month, it's now the 18th, and I've been having a few minor cramps and I've been irritable and my breasts are sore... And now I'm getting a little brown spotting on my underwear. This could be the beginning of my period (I've had it brown, then it turns to red several times before) or it could be where the fertilized egg is getting to the wall of my uterus, right? Please explain which one this is, more than likely.
