Depends what you ate and how much, but lack of appetite indicates a low metabolism, not a high one.

No.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

It probably means that you ate a well-balanced meal. Your hunger is driven quite a bit by your blood glucose level. When that level drops too low, your body feels that you need more food. But if your glucose level remains fairly stable and sufficiently high, your body feels satiated.

Oddly, sugars, despite their high energy (caloric) values, result in feeling hunger sooner. What happens is that your body sees the strong increase in glucose and reacts by producing a lot of insulin to help metabolize the sugars. But then your glucose level crashes and you feel hungry again.

if this happens a lot then this could be serious!! but if it just has happened once i wouldn't worry about it. yes it could mean that you have a very high metabolism. maybe you just haven't been hungry sometimes i can be the same way but it doesn't last for long!! GOOD LUCK!!
